'.'■-' WELLINGTON, this day. A RATHER peculiar case came before the Court this morning. Allan Campbell, bugler to tho Wellington Rifles, was arrested on warrant on board the barque Clen.Rosa,.waiting to sail for Valparaiso the first fair wind, charged with being about to change his residence before delivering up' his ritio accoutrements and uniform to. the officer commanding the corps. The case was remanded to Monday, bail being allowed.
