DEPARTURES.
Gairloch, s : s:, McArthur, for Waitara Oreti, s.s., Robertson, for Wanganui
The Union Co.'s s.s. Wanaka arrived from Lytteltoh this morning at 7.30. Passengers : Lady Gibbs and family (2), Miss Gibbs, Rev. and Mrs Still, Captain Hutton, Messrs W. A. Rushbrook, W. L. Brown, R. A. Carr, Coote, Mill, Mrs and Miss Cole, and 2 steerage. The s.s. Gairloch, from Waitara, arrived yesterday evening with a full cargo and several passengers. She left again afe 1 o'clock to-day with cargo and passengers. The 3.5. Oreti left for Wanganui and New Plymouth last night, with cargo and paseengers.
Port Chalmers, this day.—Sailed: Smaragd, Brigantine, Captain Georgeson, for Auckland, with, cargo. .
