The Hard Fate of a Mongo Han Embezzler.
The cashier of a Chinese bank tried to leave with funds for Japan or some place on the English plan the other day, but it is not believed that the custom will become popular. The Government walled up cashier in a cell to starve to death and chopped the heads off all his family,and next autumn they are going to decapitate everybody in the "empire bearing his name.
