Jubilee at the Kindergarten.
One of the pleasantest features of this Jubilee season is the free dinner of roast beef and plum pudding which two promoters of the newly-established Kindergarten and Creche given at half-past twelve to-morrow afternoon to the children of the cpmmunity|[atthe old Mechanic'^.lnstitute building, in High-street. On Wednesday evening there will be a promenade concert in the same place, where the following programme will be gone through :— Overture, Townsend's string band ; • vocal duet, Misses Maunseli and Kemptjiorne; string band' selection ; vocal solo, Miss .Kempthorne ; string band selection ; vocal solo, Miss Maunseli: Interval for refreshments. String band selection ; song, Miss Rosa Mitchell; string band selection; character' sketch, Mr 0. B. Waymouth ; song, Mr Lilly ; string band selection ; God save the Queen. . . ,
