Fire Balloons.
Arthur Wright has been granted a permit to liberate a fire 'balloon in Victoria' street East. •
The verandah of Mr White's. tailoring establishment in Victoria-street has been covered with Jubilee flags.
■ Garrett Brothers will send up a fire balloon from the roof of their boot factory in Wakefield-street at 9 a.m. to-morrow evening. It is twenty feet in height, and about twelve in diameter.
