Court to-day disclosed a bad case of over-driving a,horse* Purchell, the defendant,,-hired a mare, from the plaintifl", PeLaemine, livery stablekeeper, to go to Dunsandelj 26 miles from Ghristohurch. . He brought her back in siich a state that she dropped dead half-an-hour afterwards.. DeLaemine sued him for £15 and got'judgment. ~ ■ •
