Mr E. Mitchelson, M.H.R, for MarsdeD, has not yet definitely made up his mind aa to whether he will resign before or after the Eeaaion, but he informs us that he will make his decision known in ft few days. Were he to consult his own interest bo would resign at once, but such a strong pressure has boeu brought to bear on him from varioua parts of the country that he feels constrained to consider the matter fully before taking any decided steps.
