The London " Baily Telegraph," in an article on the torpedo arm of the navy, admita that the Brennan torpedo ia the beat that has yet been devised. The Admiralty are now engaged in building a small fleet of gunboats specially designed for the purpose of enabling this torpedo to be effectively utilised.
