Tho Regency Appeal to the Great Powers. Lokkon, October 14.
It is thought that tho threatening attitude assumed by Kus-ia is simply meant to paralyse Bulgaria into submission. The Kogency havo invited the great Powers to suygcet a ruler to replace Prince Alexander.
