MoANATAiiu.—The Redan reef, at tho tunnel level, is rather disturbed by a break, and does not look so well lately. A littlo gold was seen last breaking down, but the quartz is shaping rather poorly at tho battery. Fair grade quartz is being obtained from Williams's leader
McCormick a?.d party, who are carrying on op rations in the middle of Richmondstreet, Block 27, have finished the crushing of 12 leads of stuff for the return of _o__ lldwts gold.
Moanj_jairi - Strong dabs and colours of gold were seen today when breaking down in tho redan reef in stopes at the tunnel level, and a few good picked stone obtained.
KarAngahake, thij day. Tho new discovery in the Ivauhoe mine is likely to prove of considerable importance. The Toef ia about 14 feet thick, and its outcrop has now been denned tor 30 feet, showing more or loss gold for the whole of that distance.
