London, August 25. It is reported that tho Government formed by the supporters of I'rince Alexander have determined upon recalling him to resume the governorship of Bulgaria. London, August 26. The statement that Prince Alexander had formally signed his abdiction of the rulership of Bulgaria upon being arrested ia now denied. Much anxiety continues to bo felt concerning the safety of Prince Alexander. Her Majesty the Queen has telegraphed to Bucharost with the object, if possible, of ascertaining his whereabouts London, August 27. Prince Bismarck and M. Do Giera, the Russian Minister for Foreign Affaire, are holding a conference at Franzenbad. The Bulgarian crisis is the principal subject undor discussion.
