LONDON, September 3rd.—Sir Graham Berry, in a despatch to the Colonial Office, state's that the recent deportation of recidivietoa is a gross wrong, and calculated to deoply offend and irritate the colonies, which will now tako effectual measures to defend their shores from moral contamination. Garrick has also mado reference to a report which has reached Mr Griffiths, Premier of Queensland, to tho effect that permanont buildings aro being erected at the Hew Hebrides for the reception of recidivistoe.
