Constantinople, September 1. The Russian consul Sofia, who is believed to have been implicated in the arrest and removal of Prince Alexander, has been recalled by his Govornment. St. Petersburg, September 1. — The departure of Prince Dolgorouki for Sophia to inquire into the state of affairs there has been postponed. •-
