Cooper stated that since Inst Court day the plaintiff had filed his schedule. As this might alter tho position of affairs, tho case was adjourned for ono week Claim for Wages.—T. Pacoy v. C. Dickenson.—Claim £9 195.-Mr Theo. Cooper appeared for the plaintiff, who stated that the amount was principally due for waptes.
