A LICENSING DISPUTE.
Invehcaroill. this day. An application was made in the Supreme Court to day by Wm. Shield for the issue of a mandamus, compelling Waihopi Licon sing Committee to grant- a license for Menzie'a Ferry Hotel. Alter two hours' arguing, Mr Juatico Johnston rofused the application.
