Prince Alexander's Whereabouts,
Russian Designs Thwarted.

Constantinople, Augu-t 26. Latkr advices confirm tho intelligence previously received that Princo Alexander of Bulgaria had landed at Kcni. It is further stated that ho will bo detained until orders aro received to liberate him. It is understood that Princo Alexander will then proceed to Darmstadt. Prince Alexander of Hesse met the deposed Prince at Keni, and requested him to return to Bulgaria.
Tho Bussian Government disavow any complicity in the kidnapping of Prince Alexander.

Great enthusiasm now prevails in Boumelia in favour of Prince Alexander, and it is considered likely that the status quo will be restored, Buesia being thereby deprived of a chanco to intervene in Boumelian affairs.
