London, Juno 20. Sixty-two of the Liborals abstained from voting on the Budgot question. Tho defeat of the Government has caused great astonishment on the Continent. An impression prevails at Homo that Government courted defeat so as to prevent a disruption in the Cabinet. Tho Radicals aro jublicant ovor tho ro. suit of tho motion, It is believed that Mr Gladßtono will conduct an election campaign.
