London, Juno 10, A meeting of the Cabinet was hold yesterday, at which it was resolved that tho Ministry should resign, in conseqnonco of their defeat on tho Budget. Mr Gladstone ncooidingly proceeded at onco to Balmoral to inform Hor Majesty the Queen of the decision arrived at. Parliament has been adjourned until Friday.
