No entry will be received for any of the races except upon this condition: -That all disputes, claims, and objections, arising out of tho raoing, shall bo decidod by a majority of the Stewardß present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decisions upon all pointa connootod with the carrying out of thin programme) shall be final. Any Jockey riding oxcopt in tho colours entered will be fined Ssovs, or neglecting to deolare his colours at time of entry. When two or more horsos start, tho property of the samo ownor. a distinguishing colour must bo worn.
