London, Novomber 18. The Conference on the Imperial Federation lias re-assembled. Several speeches have been made, and resolutions passed with the viow te promote tho objects of the meeting. The Marquis of Normanby, the Earl of Wemyss, Lord Roseberry, Sir F. Dillon Bell, and Mr J-. F. Garrick, Agent-Genoral for Queensland, supported Sir John MacDonald, Premier of Canada.
