LOUD WOLSELEY'S PLAN OF OPERATIONS.

Lonjjon, November 17. In the House of Commons today, tho Secretary of War announced that Lord Wolseley's plan is to assemble a force of two thousand troops comprising cavalry and camel corps, at Debbah, and ride across the desert of Bayrdah to Khartoum ; that-is, if the tribes residing along the projected route will permit the passage of troops.
