Royal Oak.—There is nothing fresh to report from the Royal Oak main levol since date of last report. The contractors have driven about five feet, and broken down the leader, but no gold. The leader is about 0 inches thick, carrying tho same quantity of stone as mentioned in previous report Tributer Mayn's party are on dead work' driving an iatermediato level.—Jno p Hall. ; Tokatea.-I beg to inform you that the driving in No. 7 level is still about the same as at date of last report. Mundic seams, small leaders, and heads, keep coming in and cutting out every faw feet The footwall cbuntry whero the reef was iiut in the JNo. 2 level is similar to-what we now have in the No. 7 level, and we are in hopes that before, tbe month is out some indications cf the lode will be met with.
