LATE NEWS.
Tub schooner Clyde, supposed to havo foundered off Kapiti, has arrived at West-
port. The small-pox patient at Napier is progressing favourably. At the Christchurch Steeplechase to-day, Mr J. Bond's Victor won the Hunt Club Cup, and Captain Cotton's Billy Davis tho Tally-Ho Plate.
