ANTI-GEItMAN DEMONSTRATION AT PARIS. Paris, July 15.—The excitement which has arisen out of tho anniversary of tho French Republic to-day culminated in an outburst of popular feeling against Germany. A large body of Parisian Youths proceeded to a hotel which was flying the German National Flag, and forcibly removed tho bannor, nnd tore it to pieces. The disturbance was-speedily quelled by the police.
