Sunday Tradinii.—Wjlliain Henry Ford, licenseo of t|io Royal Hotel, was charged with this offenco by supplying liquor on the 22nd June to persons other than bona-fate travellers. —Mr Browning, who appeared for defendant, said he should plead guilty under tho circijmstaiicos, which lip explained.—
Fined £5, and 14s costs, the conviction to bo endorsed Qn tho license,
Haruoor R__ULATiqN_.— James Nevillo and J. H. Bousfiold wore charged with discharging firearms from a boat called the Joesio, near the wharf, and woro fined 5s and 9s costs each.
Larrikinis.m. —William Kilgour and G. Cauldicut wero charged with wilfully damaging the fence in front of the Masonic Hall, Queen-street, by breaking the palings. The charge as against fvilgoyr was dismissed, but Cauldicut was fined JOs and 7s costs for the offence, tho Bench intimating that tho severest possiblo punishmont would bo inflicted in the future for larrikinism.
William Hilatt, for suffering his chimney to bo on fire, was finpd ss, anaf 7s costs.
Fines pf fjs each and costs wepo imposed on two persons for drunkenness.
A marripd woman was committed to the Asylum on the evidence of Drs. Scott and Harsant.
