London, March 25.—1 n the House of Cimmons to-day, Lord Edmund Fitz miuriee, Foreign Under-Secretary, in reply ti inquiries on the subject of the announcement of the intended movement of British troops from Souakim to Tamonit, stated that General Graham's object was to disperse the rebels, who are still in the neighbourhood of Souakim, and open the road from that place to Berber through districts occupied by friendly tribes. Electoral Reform In England. The Electoral Reform Bill is now undor consideration in the House of Commons. On the motion for the second reading last night, Lord John Manners introduced tho amendment of which he gave notice on the 4th inst., setting forth that the proposed reform was inacceptahle without a bill for the redistribution of seats. A debate was commenced on the motion, and lasted throughout the sitting. The House is expected to divide on the amendment early next week.

London, March 25th.—Messrs Archibald Currie & Company's new steamer, Bucephalus, built for the Calcutta and Melbourne trade, haa been tried at Middlesbro', and averaged 12 knots. She sails for Calcutta in April.
