At a meeting of tho members of Scots Church last evening, it was decided to secede from the Presbyterian Church of Victoria, and revert to the position previous to the act of union.

Melbourne, Soptember 20.
The balance of the bars of gold stolon from tho Commercial Bank of Australia Mas discovered to-day, buried in the earth at Mordialloc, fifteen miles south-east of this city. The locality was indicated by the prisoner Corbett. Exocutlon of a Murderer. The prisoner Burns, who was sentenced to death for the murder of Michael Quinlivan in ISSO, was executed to-day.
