CHBISTCItURCH, this day. The letters from T. 0. Kelsey re tho Alford Forest diamonds, arc published to-day. They state that the stones were submitted to Alex. Hutton Garden and Klein, who both pronounced them genuine diamonds. Klein considered them equal to Brazilian diamonds, and offered to buy all that could be supplied) but when the cutting test was appliod, tho Alford Forest stones would not stand, and ilew to powder. Both dealers referred to recommonded sinking for the purpose of obtaining better specimens,
