ABBOTT'S OPERA HOUSE.
Hogarty's Court Minstrels,
It is a long time since the theatre-goers of Auckland have been afforded such a genuine treat as that provided by a visit to tho o[>era Mouse on Saturday evening. In their particular line, Hegarty's Court Minstrols are the best that havo yet visited this city. The lower portion of the theatre was woll filled, and tho dress circle was—for a Saturday night performance—fairly patronised. Among tho songs particularly worthy of notice wero " Still Thino Own," by Mdlle. Amor; "Don't Forget Mo, Little Darling," by Miss Southerland ; nnd " The Old Wooden Hocker," by Miss Winnette. The comic songs, jokes, and general business of the end men, Messrs Buckley and Cowan, were new, and kept the audience highly amused. The comedy, "Mollie O'Connor," accompanied by numerous Irish scenes, concluded tho performances. We can heartily recommend our readers to patronise the amusing and refined performance of the Minstrels.
