At the sitting in Chambers held this morning by Mr Justice Gillies, probate was granted' ia re Wm Nicholson (deceased), and letters «f administration were ordered to be issued in re Samuel Alfred Lindsay (deceased), while an order was made to register probate copy cf the will of John Anderson GilfiUan (deceased). In re Daniel Paul Buckley, a debtor, application was made that tbe Trustee should bo empowered to sell certain furniture in his house which is claimed by othor people. The order, however, was refased, the piano being shown to belong to a daughter of the debtor, and port of the fnrnituie being proved to be the property of a raun named Watson, who resides in the Kaipara district. The only other business done was the settlement of the issues in the case of Benjamin Kvana T»rnor v. Marcus Wllkins, in which it is sought to set aside a conveyance and appoint a trustee of certain laud.
