MELBOURNE, this day. A tblegkam has been received from Capo TownstatiDg that there was small-pox on board the Orient Steamship Garonne when s'le left that port for Adelaide. She Is vow shortly duo at the latter placo, and the necessary precautionary measures are bring taken here.
