TURKISH BATHS COMPANY.

The unnuall meeting of the Auckland Turkish Baths Company was held thin afternoon, Mr T, McMaster presiding. Mr Banderson read the annnal report from which it appeared that the nett profit, after paying £33 4s 3d, preliminary expences, was £52 17s lid, which balance the directors recommended should be carried forward to next year. The balancesheet showed the receipts, including £564 6s from calls, and £464 3s 4d from baths, to have been £1,051 10s lid, Tho expenditure Included £211 17s lid for wages, £60 for rent, £550 for goodwill of baths, and £160 for other expenses, leaving a balance of £74 4s sd. The report and balance-sheet were adopted, and Mr G. F. Pierce was appointed director, Mr McMaster declining to stand for re-election. Mr Milne was again appointed auditor, and the meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to the directors and ollicere.
