ONEHUNGA R.M. COURT.

Whytk T. Gbaby.—This was a proceeding taken by the plaintiff under the 82nd Section of the R.M. Act, 1867, to recover possession from the defendant of certain premises at Onehunga in defendant's occupancy which had been let to him by plaintiff. — Mr Laishley appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr E, Cooper appeared for defendant—After hearing the evidence of the plaintiff, his wife and son on behalf of the plaintiff, and the evidence of Mrs Geary on behalf of the defendant, the Koeideut Magistrate made an order in favor of the plaintiff (as asked for) with costs against the defendant. This was the only case before the Court to-day.
