NGAIIUAWAEIA, this day. A youth named Ted, who has been acting as assistant steward oil the Rangariri, has just been drowned hero. He fell olf the steamer, which was moored alongside the whaif. The hands were loading cargo at the time, lie never rose to the surface of the water. His father is a baker at Meteor, and his name is not known here,
