The tirst meeting of creditors in. the es« tate of Wm. McLean, publican, of Auckland, was held this morning, when Mr T. Macffarlane was elected trustee. The statement of accounts which was submitted stated the assets (nominal) at £200, and the liabilities at £360. ■, .j,,^.
