The new Ministry has been formed. Mr Service takes ollice as Premier and Treasurer; Mr Kamsay, Colonial Secretary and Minister of Education; Mr Kerford, Attorney General ; Mr Madden, Minister of Justice; Mr Gillies, Miuister of .Railways ; Mr Duffy, Minister of Lands ; Mr It. Clark, Minister of Mines ; Mr K. Bent, Minister of Public Works ; Mr C. Cuthbert, Postmaster General and Commissioner of Customs; Mr Francis and Mr Anderson are Cabinet Ministers without office.
The House will meet again on May 11th, Sailed : Albion, for New Zealand. MELBOURNE.

The Australian Cup was run for to-day. Sixteen horses started. It was a very fine race.
