CunrofF, one of the attaches to the Russiau Embassy recently wounded at Stamboul by the shots of an assassin, lias died of injuries received.

Another Arrest for breach of Privilege. LONDON.

Grissell, who was committed for breach of privilege of the House of Commons last year, has been re-arrested on the came charge.

The Emporcr of Germany dined to-day at the French Embassy's in tliis city. In course of conversion with the Ambassador, His Majesty expressed the most cordial feelings towards France. General Mclikoif, who was recently appointed head of the Supreme Commissioner for the repression of disorder in this city, was fired at by Nihilists, but none of the shots took effect.
