Horses were but little started, Thcie was no accident, except that on turuing one very sharp corner too rapidly two cars got off the rail. They were got'on again easily after only live ruinutec delay. The entire journey from one end of the city to the other, nearly three miles, was done in 20 minutes, including stoppages. The tramway was pronounced in all respects a great success._ The new tramway cars were crowc'el this morning, probably in consequence of the bad weather. Scores wore unable to obtain seats.
