Mr. Elton, John Gow, ot Kumara, to Alice Maud, second daughter of Henry Ridings,-of this SMITH—MORISON.—On the 21st August, 1878. by the Rev. R. F. Macnicol, at St. James a Church, Heary Percy, only son of the late William Alfred Smith, Esq., of H.M. Customs, Bay of Islands, New Zealand, to Flora, third daughter of the late John Morison, Esq., of Walnut Hill, Mahurangi, formerly of Paialey, Scotland.
