THEATRE ROYAL.
"FORSAKEN."
There was a good house at the Theatre Royal last evening to witness the second production of the sentimental drama''Forsaken." Mr Dillon took the part of the "waif," and Miss Edith Pender that of Philip Melford. Miss Lizzie Morgan was very successful as Susy William^, and her song " Home Sweet Home," elicited an imperative encore fromEthe audience. Messrs Steele, O'Brien, Burford, Musgrave, andEmmett, were all good in their respective parts, and we may saytthe same of - Mrs Walter JHill and Miss Lily May. The sawmill scene was really fine, while the scene in the interior of the Foundling Hospital waß surpassingly beautiful. Mr G D. Chaplin, the great American tragedian, will make his first appearance on Monday next.
