The Grand Duke Nicholas and the Sultan have exchanged visits. In consequence of friendly representation by Russia, the Turkish troops have evaca- -'.'. ated Bujuckdere. The embarkation homeward-bound of Russian troops has been countermanded.
THE MARKETS.
LONDON, March 22. Consols, 95 J. The prices of wheat and. ■;- flour and general securities' axe all un-^ changed. Since the opening of the wool sales 155,000 bales have been offered. Bidding continues firm, also for greasy qualities recently rejected.
