BOMBAY, Sept. 8, 11,53 p.m. Skuvta, in replying to Britishirepresentations against warlike preparations, said she must be prepared for every emergency. Interviews will shortly take place between Prince Bismarck and Count Andrassy.

Lord Derby, in n speech at Liverpool, said the present time was unfavorable for intervention in the war by third parties. When the time arrives—perhaps uot far distant—England will Jnot lose any opportunity.
