BOMBAY, September 4, 8.14 p.m.. ]\J. Ihiers died of apoplexy. , Sulieman Pasha has telegraphed to Constantinople that he has been strongly reinforced, and that on the road to Gabrova lie had completely dislodged the enemy near Yechilagie. LONDON. September 8. Despite the action of the Government, the French elections will give the hepulieans an overwhelming majority.
