Anew lire and Marine Insurance Company is being projected, the head oiiice to be iv Wellington. The prospectus will be issued in a few days. All the principal mercantile men of the place are warmly interesting themselves in the undertaking, and it is stated that all the shares could be taken np iv Wellington alone. THE HAWEA.
