Tokatca.—The manager's report refers hopefully to the prospects of the the mine generally. Gold is seen in varioua parts of the mine, and everything is looking well. McCaul's claim.—Some good prospects were obtained, and survey of ground made to-day.
Mr Rowe comes here from the Thames to-morrow to address his constituents.
The election of the Road Board is likely to be a source of excitement. Numbers are already in the field.
