DUNEDIN.
(Per Press Telegram Agency.) This day. Insurance Case. The jury in the case of Flaxman v. Standard Insurance, returned a verdict for plaintiff for £1500. Flaxman sued for the amount due to him on his policy, viz., £2000, and it is considered he is entitled to all or none. His Honor granted leave to appeal.
