September 13.
Prince Milan, in opening the Seivian Parliament, alJudtd earnestly to theinsuirection; and the concentration of the Turkish troops. He trusted the Sultan of Turkey and European Powers would succeed in their pacification. The second jury in the Alberta (Boyal yacht) and Mistletoe collison, returned a verdict of " accidental, v and added that the officers of the Alberta committed error.
September 15. Foreign Consuls are touring the insurgent districts, and will re-assemble at Stolatz to communicate.
Servia has ordered the mobilisation of the frontier brigades, the reason assigned beiug the threatened concentration of Turkish troops.
The French Press is greatly occupied with the progress of the Bonapartists.
September 16. Bismarck has submitted a bill fixing January, 1876, for the introduction of the gold standard throughout the Empire.
