(From onr own Correspondent.) i This day. The Prances Lewey, from New York. Arrived— Frances Lewey, brigantine,. from New York, 138 days out. She had very poor Winds to the Cape, and was driven over upon the Brazilian Coast. Did n"t get clear of land until off Rio. The winds were very northerly in the Southern Ocean.
