MAKETU.
(From our own Correspondent.) This day. Tablet to Father Boibieux
Great sorrow was felt by the numerous friends of Father Boibieux when the news came of his death. Steps are being taken to erect a tablet to his .memory. Flour and Sugar. Native affairs are in a very unsatisfactory state in this district. There is no wheat in any of the out-districts this year. Three vessels are in the river with food for the natives. Who pays ?
