LICENSING COURT.-This Day. (Before P. D. Fenton, Messrs. Mitford and Cheeseman, and Mr. Lodge : clerk.) APPLICATION FOR LICENSE. Mr Hesketh, on behalf of Mr George Johnstone, applied for a renewal of the license to the Scotia Hotel, Hobson-street, and stated that the failure in obtaining the license at the proper time was owing to the neglect of the last occupier—lnnes. A number of householders in the district signed in favor of the application. Application granted. Hour :12 o'clock. TRANSFERS. The following transfers were granted :— William H.
